Uncut & Still in Factory Folds
This envelope contains patterns, transfers and directions for making a two story dollhouse approx. 20.5 inches high x 27 inches wide and 13 inches deep AND furnishings for kitchen, living room, bedroom and sitting room.
Pattern is uncut, instructions are intact and in great condition! This is a HUGE pattern, about 3/4 of an inch thick when folded in the envelope.
There are instructions to make not only the two story dollhouse but the window shutters, stairs, chimney, flower boxes, fireplace, rugs and all the furnishing shown on the front envelope.
The house and most furnishings are made from 1/4 inch foamcore which I found at The Dollar Tree (poster size).
By the way, If your Dollar Tree is out of foamcore, ask the store manager. Did you know you can order some store items online?
The envelope has seen better days. It has been scotch taped on every corner and on a seam or two, is stained and crinkled but there is no offending odors.
This pattern will give hours of fun to the adult making the dollhouse and to the child playing with it once it is finished.
