Ok, this book is old, but knitting never changes. The stitches are still the same. We still cast on the same way we did when this book was published.
This book is excellent for referring back to the illustrations of how to cast on, bind off or learn a stitch you have never used or, of course, to Learn To Knit.
This book has several projects to learn from including knitting slippers, hat & scarf set, vest and a baby hood sweater. Also shows you how to bind off, make pom poms, fringe, pick up stitches and block your project when finished. 50 pages, well worth having.
This book is not new. There is some warping to the bottom edge as if it got damp. No mold, discoloration or water marking, just the warping.
